Policy
Privacy expectations are part of the product, not an afterthought.
Trust, retention, and customer control are built into every dataXchange engagement.

Data ownership
Your data remains your property. dataXchange is positioned as the workflow layer that helps intake, transform, monitor, and deliver data without claiming ownership of the source material itself.
Data handling
- Operational data is stored only as long as needed for delivery, retention choices, or legal requirements attached to the workspace.
- Access is limited to authorized users and service paths that support the active workflow.
- Uploads, transforms, and exports are intended to stay inside a governed AdMulta experience rather than being repackaged for unrelated advertising or analytics uses.
Minimal account data
The product asks for only the information needed to provision access, shape workspace rules, and communicate about delivery. That includes account details, workspace preferences, and service logs that support reliability.
Your control
- Request account deletion and associated data cleanup.
- Review the retention expectations tied to a workspace.
- Review privacy and security expectations before onboarding or delivery begins.
